Experience one of the Kullu Valley’s most accessible and stunning treks, leading to Beas Kund, the glacial source of the Beas River at 3690 meters. The trail, largely following the river, traverses refreshing herb-laden areas and small streams. The region’s prominent peaks offer a spectacular panorama. Camping in the scenic meadows, surrounded by rhododendrons and birch trees, ensures a memorable trip for all.

Day 01 :

REPORT AT BASE CAMP NAGGAR/MANALI (1,850 Mts.)

Upon arrival at our base camp in Naggar/Manali, settle in and prepare for your adventure.

Forenoon: Begin your acclimatization with a trek to the heritage village of Naggar, exploring the cultural treasures of Naggar Castle, the Roerich art gallery, and ancient temples.

Afternoon: Engage in an exciting session of mountain sports climbing and high rope activities, including the commando net, swinging bridge, plank walk, Burma bridge, sloth walk, and obstacle course. Conclude the day with a relaxing bonfire under the starlit sky.

Day 02 :

Naggar – Manali – Solang –Dhundi(2840 Mts.) –Bakerthatch (3350 Mts.) 3/4 Hrs.

We'll depart from Naggar and drive to Dhundi, the starting point for the Beas Kund trek, offering stunning views of snow-capped peaks. The drive from Solang to Dhundi passes through scenic oak and pine forests, revealing glimpses of Deo Tibba (6001 meters) and Indrasan peak (6220 meters), as well as the magnificent Hanuman Tibba (5990 meters). The trek to Bakerthatch begins with a gentle ascent, crossing a small stream near Palchani Thatch and a wooden bridge over the Beas River. From there, a gradual climb leads to Bakerthatch, the base camp for mountaineering courses. Overnight camp at Bakerthatch.

Day 03 :

Bakerthatch – Beas Kund (3660 Mts.) and back to Bakerthatch 6-7 hrs.

After breakfast, we'll undertake a gentle ascent to Beas Kund, traversing boulders and rocky terrain for approximately two hours. Upon arrival, you'll discover the small, pristine lake of Beas Kund, the source of the Beas River. Beas Kund also serves as a base camp for peaks like Shitidhar, Ladakhi, Manali, and Friendship. To the north, behind these mountains, lies the Lahaul Valley region, while to the west, you'll see the Kangra and Dhauladhar ranges. After exploring the lake, we'll retrace our steps back to Bakerthatch.

Day 04 :

Bakerthatch – Solang – Manali.

We'll descend from Bakerthatch to Dhundi, and from there, drive back to Manali, concluding the program.
