Forenoon: Upon arrival in Manali, a popular Himalayan town, you'll embark on an acclimatization trek. This trek, likely to Lama Dugh or Jogni Waterfall, is designed to help your body adjust to the altitude. It's a relatively easy trek, allowing you to experience the local terrain and begin the acclimatization process.

Afternoon: The afternoon is dedicated to preparing for the expedition. This includes gear checks, briefings on the route and safety procedures, and any last-minute adjustments. This session ensures you're fully equipped and informed for the upcoming climb. Overnight stay in Manali.

This day involves a drive to Dhundi, the starting point for the Friendship Peak trek. The drive will pass through Solang Valley, known for its scenic beauty and adventure activities. Dhundi itself offers spectacular views of snow-capped mountains, setting the stage for the climb. From Dhundi, a 5-kilometer trek along the right bank of the Beas River takes you to Bakarthatch. This trek traverses through a forest of oak, fir, and walnut trees, providing a gradual ascent. Bakarthatch serves as the first campsite. Overnight camping at Bakarthatch.

This day is dedicated to an acclimatization walk and load ferry to Camp 1, often referred to as "Lady Leg." Acclimatization walks are crucial for adapting to the increasing altitude. Load ferry involves carrying essential supplies to Camp 1, preparing for the higher camps.

This day is used to fully move to the Lady Leg area, and establish Camp 1. This means setting up camp, and making sure that the camp is well established and prepared for the following days.

This day is dedicated to enhancing your body's adaptation to the increasing altitude through focused acclimatization activities. Physical conditioning exercises will be conducted to build the necessary strength and endurance for the challenging climb ahead, ensuring you are physically prepared for the demanding terrain and thinner air.

Today's focus is on developing essential technical climbing skills through comprehensive training in snow and ice craft. You will receive instruction and practical experience in using equipment such as ice axes, crampons, and ropes, learning how to safely navigate icy slopes, manage rope systems, and perform self-arrests, all crucial for the summit attempt.

This day is used for final preparations and potential initial stages of the summit attempt, depending on weather and conditions. The focus will be on ensuring all gear is in optimal condition, reviewing the summit route, and making any necessary adjustments to the plan. If conditions permit, an early start may be made to begin the ascent, with a return to Camp 2 before nightfall.

This day is primarily dedicated to the summit push. Climbers will depart from Camp 2 in the early hours, navigating the challenging terrain of Friendship Peak. The ascent will require the application of all acquired skills and endurance. Upon reaching the summit, climbers will descend back to Camp 2, marking the culmination of the climbing effort.

Following the summit attempts, you'll descend from the higher camps back to Dhundi. From Dhundi, you'll be transported back to Manali by vehicle. This day allows for rest and recovery after the physically demanding climb. Overnight stay in Manali.

After a final breakfast in Manali, you'll check out from your hotel.This marks the official conclusion of the Friendship Peak expedition.You'll depart from Manali, carrying with you the memories and experiences of your Himalayan adventure.
