Day 01 :

Manali to Jispa (3,200m)

Kick off the journey with a comprehensive gear check and briefing in Manali. From there, enjoy a 2-3 hour drive through the incredible Atal Tunnel and into the striking landscape of Lahaul. Take an afternoon acclimatization walk along the Bhaga River and visit the historic Gemur Monastery to seek blessings before spending the night in a luxury alpine lodge.

Day 02 :

Jispa to Zanskar Sumdo (3,600m)

Travel deeper into the pristine Lahaul wilderness with a 2-3 hour drive to the river confluence at Zanskar Sumdo. Here, you will establish an advanced camp. Spend the afternoon getting familiar with your climbing equipment and attending a crucial technical briefing.

Day 03 :

Trek to Base Camp (4,050m)

A short 1-2 hour drive brings you near Chuminakpo to set up Base Camp. With the majestic peak finally in full view, the afternoon is dedicated to intensive training, covering advanced ice-craft, crevasse rescue methods, and finalizing the summit strategy based on the latest weather reports.

Day 04 :

Load Ferry to Camp 1 (5,000m)

Put the "climb high, sleep low" strategy into practice. Spend 7-8 hours ascending through rugged moraines to drop off gear and supplies at Camp 1. This also serves as a critical reconnaissance mission to assess the glacier conditions before returning to Base Camp for the night.

Day 05 :

Ascend & Occupy Camp 1 (5,000m)

Make the official 5-6 hour climb up to Camp 1 with your personal gear. Spend the afternoon resting, testing your technical systems, and checking oxygen levels. A final sunset briefing will confirm team assignments and the timing for the impending summit push.

Day 06 :

The Summit Push (6,081m)

Wake up for a 2:00-3:00 AM alpine start under headlamps. This grueling 10-12 hour round trip requires advanced mixed climbing, serac navigation, and careful ridge traversal to reach the summit between 8:00 and 11:00 AM. Celebrate the victory before making a cautious descent back to Camp 1.

Day 07 :

Strategic Contingency Day (4,050m)

- A vital buffer day built into the itinerary. This can be used to wait out harsh weather, make a secondary summit attempt if needed, or simply descend to Base Camp for some well-earned recovery and celebration.

Day 08 :

Return to Manali

Break down Base Camp in the morning and embark on a scenic 6-7 hour drive back through the Lahaul Valley. Arrive in Manali by the late afternoon for a final expedition debriefing and the presentation of your summit certificates.
